Project Manager
Responsible for project coordination and management,
scheduling, budget tracking, and client interface. The
position requires previous experience in a translation
company. Knowledge of one or more foreign languages is
a plus.
Responsibilities:

Receive and evaluate source files.
·
Negotiate with and select freelance translators and proofreaders.
·
Schedule and manage the translation team.
·
Keep complete and accurate records of every phase and aspect of
projects.
·
Pre-process source files and post-process translated files
(word counts, file format conversion, text
extraction, graphics editing and layout).
·
Delivery of complete, defect-free files to the client within budget, ensuring deadlines are met or exceeded.
·
Interact with client for field-specific terminology validation.
Experience:
·
Two years in a production environment
·
Extensive computer experience
